Welcome to PRYM: Your Guide to Getting Started
Step 1: Onboarding Your Device
Joining the PRYM platform with your device is straightforward and hassle-free.
Identify your device: Locate the specific model or type of your IoT device.
Access PRYM's platform: Login to your PRYM account. If you're a new user, sign up and create an account.
Add a new device: Navigate to the 'Devices' section on the platform, click on 'Add Device'.
Select Network: Choose your network from the provided options. PRYM supports multiple networks such as LoRaWAN, and within that, you can select either the Helium Network or The Things Network.
Enter device details: Input the device's unique identifiers as prompted. These could be the serial number, model name, or any other device-specific information.
Confirm connection: Save the details and confirm the connection of your device. Your device is now connected to the PRYM platform!
Step 2: Creating Dashboards
PRYM is a platform to combine IoT data and other data sources, providing a unified interface to analyze and visualize data from different integrations
Go to Dashboards: From the PRYM main interface, click on 'Dashboards'.
Create a new dashboard: Select 'Create Dashboard'.
Name your dashboard: Give your dashboard a descriptive name that reflects its purpose.
Add widgets: Choose from a variety of widgets to display your data. This could be charts, graphs, tables, or metrics, based on your needs.
Customize your widgets: Input the data streams you want to visualize in each widget. Adjust the display settings to your preference.
Save and exit: Once you're satisfied with your dashboard, click 'Save'. You've now created your own custom dashboard!
Step 3: Exporting Data from PRYM
With PRYM, you can conveniently export your data for further analysis or storage using API. Here's how:
Generate an API key: Depending on PRYM's security process, you might need to generate an API key to use the API. You can do this by navigating to 'Settings' and then 'API Keys'.
Start making requests: Using your preferred HTTP client or programming language, you can now make requests to PRYM's API to retrieve data.
